Sometimes people just don't notice the little things.

I've been on a scripting mission, and have plots and draft words for 38 to 44 done.

The Barbarian had a sheltered upbringing. Literally, as a boy he lived in a lean-to which provided just enough shelter to get by in the harsh wastelands. That and he was sick the day they had sex ed class.

... the Barbarian.

There's unfinished relationship stuff to sort out. Which can be more dangerous than any dungeon trap.

And so we leave the Bard relaxing in bed ...

At university I used to hang out with a couple of computer geeks who always liked to correct people that used the word 'random' when referring to computer programs. 'Pseudo-random' they would say ... it can only be pseudo-random. I guess that must have stuck with me. Along with how to play Xconq.

Character Development TWENTY-TWO (5 of 7)

Today I sneak some plot into the sexual innuendo. How could I?

Just finished the photos for episode 26 and half of 27, which gives me a nice cushion so I can do some other small projects this month. Then it'll be back to the scripting of episode 37 on, least I catch up to myself.

The Bard's ego is like an ever-inflating and deflating balloon. A perpetual motion ego, if you will.

The 'goblin' Playmobil are just children with additions, such as a green beard and some hats. As a parent of two I can say with some authority that it's not a huge stretch for children to become goblins.

Uh-oh! How will the Mage get out of this one? Well, you'll have to wait a few weeks to find out.

Starting tomorrow we focus on the Bard ... who, as you can see, ends up somewhere a little more luxurious than the Mage, but possibly just as dangerous.

I've just written the draft of episode 37, which by my calculations will be the episode you get to read around the end of April. So I'm way ahead on the writing. The photos I'm a little slower on, as I've just started taking the shots for episode 24 ... although for once they are reasonably simple.

The fireball effect may be the lamest in the history of comics ... but for some reason I like it.

Intelligence can be defined so many ways. For me it's directly related to how many minutes since I woke up and whether I've had a cup of coffee.

The mage's new friends were from a bundle of cheap toys we purchased on a whim at the $2 Shop.

"Jeez, Wayne" is an old New Zealand reference from a 1970s NZ comedy show.
